I'm still at a loss. I don't have a version three download. That is baiter's stuff. I don't have UTDC in my directions at all. I don't have the word Baiter in my directions at all.

Yes, Postal, by all means come back often. I assure you that we are more willing to help than just about anywhere else. Since you are having issues with Baiters version, would you mind giving mine a try. It is old school but it does work. Mine is the one I provide in the link to the How-To-Manual.

Once you get it going, then go back and fill in the blanks with Baiters ideas. I haven't read his manual at all but you are already having issues with his. Please give mine a try and let us know when you get stuck. It's easier for me to help when you do it my way. I'll be able to respond with assurity when I know you are using my instructions alone is what I'm saying. Baiter knows far more than I but most people only WANT to know what I tell them to get their server started. Later!

I don't quite understand what that means. Is the Server install and the player install both on the same computer? If so, did you make sure the server is using anything that is at least 10 ports away from the player install port of 7777? How are you launching the server? Are you starting up the server install and selecting dedicated or the start option? When you connect with the player install I would suggest removing the server from the favorites and then re-adding it to favs from the LAN tab and not the DM tab.

If I read you right from up above, I don't think it matters if you are seeing your real IP from the LAN tab list of servers. What matters is that you see your real IP from the DM list of servers. Later!
