Hermskii's UT Player / Server Manual

Through the years I have been asked by many other players and administrators how I did certain things related to setting up UT Player Installations and setting up UT Servers. I no longer have the time to do this so I made this very simple and unpolished manual in the hopes that it may help anyone who actually tries to use it. It's not the best.
